We were vapers ourselves before we were sellers. We knew what it felt like to open a bottle you'd paid good money for, take that first draw, and immediately know something wasn't right — the flavor too thin, the throat hit too harsh, the batch clearly not what it claimed to be. It happened more times than we'd like to admit, and every time, it chipped away a little more trust in the market.
So we decided to build the shop we wished existed.
Pod Salt Shop started with one rule that we've never broken: every product on our shelves has to be genuine, sourced through verified channels, and traceable back to the original British-made formulation. No grey-market shortcuts. No "it's basically the same thing." If we wouldn't vape it ourselves, we don't sell it.
From a small operation working out of Dubai, we've grown into a trusted name across all seven Emirates — but the reason people keep coming back hasn't changed. It's not just the Pod Salt Nexus disposables, the Pearl Bar range, or the full lineup of nicotine salts we carry. It's the fact that when you message us on WhatsApp with a question, a real person answers — not a script. When you're not sure which strength suits you, we'll actually help you figure it out instead of just upselling the most expensive option.
We've built our delivery network the same way: fast, honest, and built around real life. Need something within the hour in Dubai? We've got Express delivery. Based in Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah? Our UAE Courier network gets it to you reliably. Prefer to just swing by? Our 7 Palm Jumeirah Rd - Nakhlat Jumeira - Jumeirah - Dubai - United Arab Emirates location is ready for pickup.
Today, Pod Salt Shop exists for one reason: to be the place adult vapers in the UAE can rely on without a second thought. No guessing games, no counterfeit risk, no runaround — just genuine products, honest pricing, and people who actually care whether your order arrives right and on time.
We're still that same small team at heart — just now able to reach a lot more people who were tired of the same frustration we once had.
About our online store
Every great shop starts with a simple frustration — and ours did too.
A few years ago, finding a genuine Pod Salt e-liquid in Dubai felt like a gamble. Walk into one shop, and the bottle looked slightly "off." Ask another, and no one could tell you where the stock actually came from. Prices jumped from store to store with no real explanation, and there was no one you could trust to just give you a straight answer.
